Welded Steel Structures and Industrial Railings
Procter & Gamble, Gyöngyös
We design and manufacture custom metal structures, protective railings, machine frames, and brackets using CO (MIG/MAG), electrode, and TIG (AWI) welding methods, finished with powder coating as required by the environment. Hundreds of meters of industrial railings, machinery lines, and support structures have been fabricated and installed by our team – each designed for industrial use, durability, and precision. In addition to these, we have completed many industrial construction projects – from simple maintenance tasks to complex developments. In several cases, especially in large corporate environments, we are bound by confidentiality agreements, which restrict us from taking or publishing project images. Still, our work speaks for itself – on time, with quality, again and again.

Floor Marking and Zoning

We execute all types of industrial concrete machine foundations – precise base work for manufacturing equipment, conveyors, and heavy machinery, including recessed mounting structures customized to client needs. Maintenance Room Construction
Procter & Gamble Gyöngyös
Commissioned by Hyginett Ltd., we constructed an industrial maintenance room at the ASRS warehouse facility of Procter & Gamble in Gyöngyös, complying with P&G’s strict standards. The room was designed to be enclosed, well-insulated, and compliant with fire and occupational safety regulations. A prefabricated steel structure with reactive fireproof coating (EI120 certified) was installed. Dry construction included sound- and heat-insulated gypsum walls. A new electrical system was implemented using halogen-free cables and LED fixtures with full protection. The room also received a dedicated ventilation unit with a thermostat, a Bosch addressable fire alarm system, and a complete sprinkler network.

Team Room Construction
Procter & Gamble, Gyöngyös
The goal was to create a modern, fire-resistant, soundproof office space with a unique interior design inside a functioning production hall. We manufactured and installed a complete interior steel structure with reactive fire protection, sound- and heat-insulated drywall partitions, vinyl flooring, suspended ceiling, a custom VRV HVAC system, LED lighting, Cat6a IT network, and a full fire alarm and sprinkler system.
